Newest Additions!!

This was the first baby (boy) - from Ginger

Then a girl and boy from Snowball
This was the latest one - girl from Dorothy

It's been fun adding babies, but hard to decide which ones to keep and why. The first boy is from our Tog goat, Ginger, who gives "goaty" milk. I think the milk quality can be passed down by the buck (but not sure about that one), so we're thinking we'll have to get rid of him. No point in keeping boys because they get big and want to breed everything (and they're so super stinky!!!) Would be too hard to keep them separate. So even though he was the strongest baby so far, thinking he'll have to get gone. :( The twins were by far the weakest (and so was mama after an all-day labor), but they're the breed we're looking for - Saanen/Alpine. Two good quality milkers. The last one is also very strong, and that same good breed. We have one Tog left to have her baby, so they will probably have to go too because of the breed. Hopefully they will all live! Anyone want a goat-baby?!
